I love cranking out a good run – especially when I only have about 30 minutes and need to just clear my mind. Anyone else use running (or working out in general) as their mind-clearing therapy? I think it’s because you get too tired to think about whatever has been racing through your mind.
Give this simple interval running workout a try to change it up. I know as a pregnant lady the “run” in me sometimes turns into an easy walk which is TOTALLY FINE. Listen to your body afterall. But if you’re not pregnant and looking for a challenge, take the walking out of this and replace it with an easy jog and replace the easy jog with a more challenging pace.
